This is less than the 10% contingency approved by the City <br />Council with the award of the project. <br /> <br />Unexpended funds will be retained in the Annual Resurfacing Account for Project 045003RS <br />and for future annual street resurfacing projects. The project 045003RS, which was awarded <br />on August 16, 2005, is also complete and currently being processed for acceptance by the <br />City. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />This project is part of our ongoing maintenance efforts to replace deteriorated pavement <br />surfaces of City streets.
