ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-16 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DISPOSITION AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR AN ASSISTED <br />LIVING FACILITY ON SUNOL AVENUE <br /> <br />in , Council authorized staff to investigate the concept of <br />developing an assisted living facility for seniors on the 3.6 acre City-owned <br />parcel of land located at Sunol and Junipero; and <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 4, 1997, the City Council reviewed the report from <br />the Housing Division (SR 97:49) regarding a proposed Disposition and <br />Development Agreement for an assisted living facility on Sunol Avenue; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) for an <br />assisted living facility project. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Authorizes the City Manager to execute the DDA with the <br />BRIDGE/HilIsdale development team and to carry out other activities <br />related to the DDA. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
