<br />We have now reached agreement with Caltrans to accept the right-of-way for the Hacienda Drive <br />interchange and the final step is the adoption of a resolution authorizing the transfer of the right- <br />of-way to Caltrans. The resolution has been drafted to also authorize the transfer of the right-of- <br />way for the remaining interchanges, to help expedite the process.
