Approve the resolution authorizing the transfer of City property acquired <br />for the purpose of constructing the NPID No.3 interchanges to CaItrans. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary documents to <br />transfer the property. <br /> <br />In order to transfer the right-of-way acquired by the City for the NPID No.3 <br />interchange improvements to Caltrans, as required by Cooperative <br />Agreements, a right-of-way record map, closure calculations, boundary <br />resolutions, and title documents, must be prepared for each interchange. <br />The interchanges on 1-580 for which rights-of-way will be transferred are <br />located at Hacienda Drive, Hopyard Road, and Santa Rita Road. On 1-680, <br />the right-of-way for the interchange of 1-680 at Stoneridge Drive will be <br />transferred. <br /> <br />The documents have been completed for the Hacienda Drive interchange, <br />and the final step required to complete the transfer of the right-of-way is a <br />resolution authorizing the transfer of the City property to CaItrans. Once <br />CaItrans has accepted the right-of-way from the City for the Hacienda Drive <br />
