For example, Oakland and Fremont are <br />the MMRS cities in Alameda County. MMRS cities are <br />those cities that are provided with additional federal <br />funds for organizing, equipping, and training groups of <br />local fire, rescue, medical, and other emergency <br />management personnel. <br />Train appropriate personnel to know if any National <br />Disaster Medical System (NDMS) uniformed or non <br />uniformed personnel are within one -to -four hours of <br />your community.
