<br />Resolution No. 06-002 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Denies the appeal, Case PAP-89, thereby upholding the Planning <br />Commission's denial of Case PUD-85-0 1-4M, the application of Heinrich <br />Fischer for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development <br />(Charter Oaks, PUD-85-01) to allow a retractable canvas awning at the rear <br />of the existing residence located at 1576 Poppybank Court. <br /> <br />Section 2.
