CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-07 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE HAPPY VALLEY <br />MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE COMMITTEE <br /> <br />on March 5, 1996, the City Council authorized the formation of a Golf <br />Course Committee to providc expertise and recommendations for <br />developing the proposed Happy Valley Municipal Golf Course; and <br /> <br />at its meeting of February 4, 1997, Council reviewed the staff report <br />(SR 97:25) regarding the purpose, composition, sunset date, and staffing for <br />the Committee; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City Council establishes the following organizational guidelines for the <br />Golf Course Committee: <br /> <br />Committee Purpose <br /> <br />The purpose of the Golf Course Committee shall be to: <br /> <br />Provide recommendations for selection of the golf course architect, <br />golf course operator, and other primary project consultants. <br /> <br />Provide ongoing input regarding the design and operations of the <br />golf course, clubhouse, and related facilities throughout the planning <br />and design phase. <br /> <br />Provide formal recommendations regarding the golf course concept <br />plan and the final design. <br /> <br />4. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
