Observe each resident, document and note changes in <br />physical, mental, emotional and social functioning, administer <br />test for cognitive function and update files at least annually for <br />reporting for State licensing requirement. Provide care <br />as needed and mandated under Health and Safety Code. <br />Operator retains keys and rights to regular access to each residence. <br />Exercise oversight with right/duty to confiscate certain personal <br />property as necessary for resident's protection: cleaning products, <br />knives, plants, cigarettes, etc. <br /> <br />100% <br /> <br />.
