CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-05 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />C. M. CENTERPROP FOR DESIGN REVIEW <br />APPROVAL FOR A FOUR-STORY OFFICE <br />BUILDING AT 5050 HOPYARD ROAD, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-80-16-14D <br /> <br />C. M. Centerprop has applied for design review approval to allow the <br />construction of a four-story, 134, 143 square foot office building located on <br />an approximately 5.625-acre site located at 5050 Hopyard Road, opposite <br />Gibraltar Drive in the Signature Center Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - FC-O <br /> (Industrial/Commercial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the Negative Declaration previously <br /> approved by the City Council for PUD-80-16-3M; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval <br /> of the proposed design review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 21, 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council f'mds that the proposed building design complements the <br /> established design character of the other buildings in the Business Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the application of C. M. Centerprop for design review approval to <br />allow the construction of a four-story, 134,143 square foot office building <br />located on an approximately 5.625-acre site located at 5050 Hopyard Road <br />opposite Gibraltar Drive in the Signature Center Business Park, subject to <br />the conditions listed in Exhibit "C", attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
