CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NOo 06-. RESOLUTION TO MODIFY THE PERMIT PARKING ZONE ORDINANCE 1376 TO ELIMINATE TIME RESTRICTIONS AND ALLOW FOR LIMITED TERM PARKING IN THE PERMIT PARKING ZONEo WHEREAS, City of Pleasanton Ordinance No. 1376 establishes the procedures for residential Permit Parking Zones; and WHEREAS, the above-referenced Ordinance may be modified by a City resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City hereby modifies the City of Pleasant on Ordinance Noo 1376 as follo~s: 11.38.010 Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter the follo'-Ving '-Vords and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them: E.
