.A'::ILt\.CHMENT 1 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA ORDINANCE NOo AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 18.32 (R-l ONE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS) OF THE PLEASANT ON MUNICIP AL CODE, AS FILED UNDER CASE PRZ-30 WHEREAS, at its meeting of Decelnber 14, 2004, the Planning Commission revieW'ed sections of Chapter 18.32 (R-l One-Family Residential Districts) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code and recolnlnended that the City Council amend sections of Chapter 18032 to alloW' the keeping of chickens in designated zoning districts; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 3, 2005, the City Council revieW'ed the report of the Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 06:015) regarding amendments to sections of Chapter 18.32 (R-l One-Family Residential Districts) of' the Pleasanton Municipal Code and the recomlnendations of the Planning Comlnission. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section I. Sections of Chapter 18.32 (R-l One-Family Residential Districts) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code pertaining to the keeping of chickens in designated zoning districts are hereby amended to read as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference 0 Section 3. A SUlnlnary of this ordinance shall be published once ~ithin fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Tilnes," a neW'spaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the cOlnplete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office W'ithin fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
