<br />Attachment 1 <br /> <br />Procedures for Using Ridematching Svstem (RMS) for SchoolPool Programs <br /> <br />1. Administering agency signs a Waiver of Claims and Indemnification Agreement vvith the Metropolitan <br />Transportation Commission (MTC). An administering agency may be a county, county congestion <br />management agency, city, tovvn, school district or school. <br /> <br />2. Once MTC notifies the 511 Regional Rideshare Prognun (RRP) Contractor (the "Consultant") that an <br />Agreement is executed, the RRP vvill provide the administering agency vvith the ability to access the <br />RMS and enter names for its designated school sites. <br /> <br />3. The Consultant vvill train the administering agency's designee (about 1 hour) hovv to enter that school's <br />participating parents into the RMS, including vievving reports about their participants and printingle- <br />mailing matchlists. <br />a. Administering agencies vvill use their ovvn computer equipment. <br />b. Administering agencies are required to have access to the Intemet. <br /> <br />4. Parents and/or members of the general public vvill not be able to register themselves for SchoolPool <br />through the 511 Ridematch Tool. When a school is selected as the destination/vvork location, a pop-up <br />box vvill prevent the parent from completing the registration process. <br /> <br />5. After entering all participating parents into the RMS, the administering agency's designee vvill email <br />instructions to each parent to go to the vvebpage to obtain his/her individual passvvord." After entering <br />their email addresses, parents vvill click "Send Passvvord," and the system vvill generate a unique <br />passvvord for each parent. <br /> <br />6. Using their passvvords, parents can enter the system to vievv and/or print their matchlists. <br /> <br />7. Parents vvill not be able to change their destination/school location nor vvill they be able to change their <br />"match preference" from "Company (School) Only" matches to Regional matches. These boxes vvill be <br />"greyed out." <br /> <br />8. The RRP vvill train the administering agency's designee to print out matchlists for mailing to parents <br />vvithout email access. <br /> <br />9. At the expiration of the Agreement betvveen MTC and Administering Agency, all passvvords vvill be <br />deactivated. <br />
