Discussion Ree:ardine: Terms for Trails Ad Hoc Committee Members Ms. Ventura advised that at the April 14,2005 meeting, the Commission had requested that staff research term requirements for the Trails Ad Hoc Committee and report back. Staff proposed the follo~ing recommendations: 10 Exclude the follo~ing Committee positions from term limitations: Parks and Recreation Commissioner/Committee Chairperson; Police Department representative; Youth Commission representative; and staff representatives from Zone 7 Water Agency and East Bay Regional Park District; 2.
