ALAMEDA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-086 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF CASE PAP-88, THEREBY <br />UPHOLDING THE APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF DAVID <br />QUARTAROLI FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PDR-482 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. David Quartaroli applied for design revievv approval to construct a <br />6.785-square-foot. tvvo-story custom home vvith a 992-square-foot garage. <br />for a total of 7.777 square feet. at 5210 Clubhouse Drive (Lot 11 of <br />Tract 7372. Mariposa Ranch; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. zoning for the property is PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development - Lovv <br />Density Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. at its meeting of October 19. 2005. the Planning Commission. after having <br />considered all public testimony. relevant exhibits. and recommendations of <br />City staff conceming this application. approved the application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. vvithin the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code. the applicant <br />and appellant. Jerry Wagner. submitted an appeal to the decision of the <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. at its meeting of November 15.2004. the City Council received a report <br />from the Director of Planning and Community Development. together vvith <br />a copy of the staff report to the Planning Commission. regarding this <br />matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City Council held a public hearing on November 15.2005. at vvhich <br />time the applicant. the appellant and other members of the public presented <br />evidence regarding this appeal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. after a revievv of the materials presented. the City Council determined that <br />the proposed design revievv. as conditioned. is appropriate and is consistent <br />vvith the zoning regulations for the zoning district of the property. <br />
