Staf:T believed the structures vvere vvell design.ed,. and that. the use of stone and brick materials on the cabanas", carport" and arbor blended in vvith the area. Staff believed the playhouse design vvas creative and very attractive", and that the proposed landscaping vvould mitigate the visibility to the neighbors.
