He suggested that a higher POil"1t minimum be introduced. Commissioner Roberts suggested that the point minimum be revievved annually. Commissioner Sullivan suggested that it may be increased by five points per year", at staff's recommendation. He believed that vvould bring about an ongoing improvement in the green building system.
