He suggested that <br />a higher POil"1t minimum be introduced. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts suggested that the point minimum be revievved annually. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan suggested that it may be increased by five points per year", at <br />staff's recommendation.
