He strongly encouraged the <br />implementation of green measures for this project. <br /> <br />Chairperson Arkin noted that h..e had not been a strong supporter orthis project" and <br />complimented staff on ajob 'VVell done. He did support th.e itcrns that starr-included in <br />Exhibit 13. He noted th..at the Planning ComlT1ission did not serve the same fu.nction as th.e <br />EconoJT1ic Vitality Comrnission" arld added that the design revievv ensured that a project <br />looked at-tractive and blended vvith the surrounding comrnuni1:y. He vvould have liked to <br />see more stcn"1e on the building" as vvell as IT10re architectural detail in the crest of the <br />building line.
