ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Jerry Iserson, Principal Plaicetier, Lynn "T'racy Nerland, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Steve Bocian, Deputy City <br />Manager; and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />G'ommissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Harvey Kemeny, Trish Maas, <br />Mary Roberts, Mike Sedlak, and Matt Sullivan- <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a_ February 12, 2002 <br />Commissioner Sullivan advised that on page 10, the last paragraph should be changed to <br />read, "In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Sullivan aboutpotential environmental <br />corstamireatiors of the various sites, Mr_ SwiR described the stormwater runoff from the <br />garbage transfer station." <br />Commissioner Sullivan advised that page 16, paragraph 9, should be changed to read, "He <br />believed that the commissions, businesses, and residetzts should be involved, and that this <br />would be a more detailed effort than a General Plan Update <br />Commissioner Roberts inquired whether Commissioner Sullivan's motion on page 5, <br />paragraph 3, included a sixth item- Mr_ Iserson noted that the second motion addressed the <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />February 26, 2003 Page 1 <br />___Z_.. _._. _.___ _T. _._ <br />
