Zoning for <br />the property is PUD-C Planned Unit Development - Comiriercial) District~ <br />Application withdrawn by applicant. <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Roberts requested legal advice regarding the affects o£ AB-2292 Dutra on <br />the Planning Commission with respect to the pre-emption of local authority and property <br />rights. She noted that it was covered in California City magazine- She also wished advice <br />regarding AB-] 866, Second Units and Density Bonuses Eliminating Public Review of Any <br />Second Units_ <br />Ms_ Nerland noted that guidance on both matters was forthcoming from the City Attorney, <br />and that it would go to both the City Council and the Planning Commission- <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Roberts, Mr_ Iserson advised that he would <br />check into the inclusion of PVs on the new storage Facility on Valley and Stanley_ <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Roberts, Ms_ Nerland noted that the <br />construction and demolition debris ordinance would be brought before the City Council_ <br />Commissioner Roberts believed that a commercial recycling program was needed in <br />Pleasanton. <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Sullivan, Mr_ Iserson noted that a <br />comprehensive update o£ the Land Use and Circulation Elements were a high priority.
