<br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-079 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S <br />APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF BENJAMIN AND JOYCE DIAZ <br />FOR ADMINISTRATIVE DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PADR-1271 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Benjamin and Joyce Diaz have applied for and received from the Zoning <br />Administrator design revie'W approval to construct an approximately <br />385-square-foot first-floor addition and an approximately 221-square-foot <br />second-floor addition to an existing single-family residence located at <br />4769 Peaceful Lane; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-MDR (Planned Unit Development - <br />Medium Density Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 'Within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Gregory and <br />Nancy Crofton submitted an appeal (Case PAP-80) to the Zoning <br />Administrator's approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 27, 2005, the Planning Commission, after having <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of <br />City staff conceming this application, denied the appeal, thereby upholding <br />the Zoning Administrator's decision, 'With the addition of three ne'W <br />conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 'Within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the applicants <br />submitted an appeal (Case P AP-82) to t'Wo of the conditions added by the <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 18, 2005, the City Council received a report from <br />the Director of Planning and Community Development, together 'With a <br />copy of the staff report to the Planning Commission, regarding this matter; <br />and <br />
