There W'as general support from the community for the project. Some residents from Olivia Court W'ere concerned that trail users W'ould park in front of their homes. Access from Olivia Court is not at a trailhead location, but is located at mid-trail, and therefore is an unlikely access spot for trail users from other locations. Once the project is completed, the City will monitor the location, and if necessary, W'ill consider the installation of signage to limit street parking W'ithin the area. The project's grant funding of $450,000 from ACTIA provides for hardscape improvements only and does not alloW' for the use of grant funding for landscaping. The City and E.B.R.P.D. W'ill be responsible for the landscaping costs and any excess costs beyond the grant amount. E.B.R.P.D. has committed $100,000 in funding toW'ard the project and a complete budget summary is listed below.
