<br /> A '{l7-t CIf1'r\ t7V r II <br /> September 8, 2005 pLEASANTON@ <br /> Terry Townsend <br /> 147 Old Bernal Avenue, Suite 6 <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> Dear Mr. Townsend: <br /> RE: PDR-482, Custom Home <br /> The City of Pleasant on has completed its design review procedure for your proposal to construct an <br /> approximately 6,754-square-foot two-story custom home and an attached 1,623-square-foot <br /> garage to be located at 5210 Clubhouse Drive (Lot 11 of Tract 7372) of the Mariposa Ranch <br /> development by the CalJippe Preserve Golf Course. <br /> Your application is approved, subject to the conditions of approval as shown on the attached "Exhibit B." <br /> You may apply for a building permit after completion of the design review procedure's 20-day appeal <br /> period or, if you wish to apply for a building permit before the end of the appeal period, upon submittal of <br /> a signed Waiver Form to the Planning Department. The waiver acknowledges that plan check fees may <br /> be forfeited in the event that the approval is overturned or the design is significantly changed as a result of <br /> an appeal.
