<br /> ATfACHMENT 3 <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 05- <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF CASE PAP-88, THEREBY <br /> UPHOLDING The APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF DAVID <br /> QUARTAROLl FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER <br /> CASE PDR-482 <br /> WHEREAS, David Quartaroli has applied for design review approval to construct a <br /> 6,785-square-foot, two-story custom home with a 992-square-foot garage, <br /> for a total of 7,777 square feet, at 52IO Clubhouse Drive (Lot II of <br /> Tract 7372, Mariposa Ranch development by the Callippe Golf Course); <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development - Low <br /> Density Residential) District; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 19, 1005, the Planning Commission, after having <br /> considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of <br /> City staff concerning this application, approved the application; and <br /> WHEREAS, within the time specified by the PleasantOll Municipal Code, the applicant <br /> submitted an appeal to the decision of the Planning Commission; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 15, 2004, the City Council received a report <br /> from the Director of Planning and Community Development, together with <br /> a copy ofthe staff report to the Planning Commission, regarding this <br /> matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on November 15,2005, at which <br /> time the applicant and any other member of the public was offered an <br /> opportunity to present evidence regarding this appeal; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a review of the materials presented, the City Council determined that <br /> the proposed design review, as conditioned, is appropriate and is consistent <br /> with the zoning regulations for the zoning district of the property, <br /> , <br /> , <br />
