<br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 05-. <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE REPORT OF <br /> THE PLEASANTON DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION ADVISORY <br /> BOARD AND LEVYING THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT FOR 2006 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasant on has heretofore established a Downtown Pleasanton <br /> Business Improvement district, the purposes and boundaries of which are set forth <br /> in Chapter 5.28, Pleasanton Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasant on has heretofore appointed a Pleasanton Advisory Board for <br /> the Downtown Pleasanton Business Improvement District; and <br />WHEREAS, said Advisory Board has prepared a report for 2006, which report is on file with <br /> the City Clerk, which report satisfies the statutory requirements of Streets and <br /> Highways Code, ~36533 and which report is attached to this resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held as provided in S 36534 of the Streets and Highway <br /> Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOL YES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section I: The report of the Advisory Board is approved and the assessment is levied for <br /> 2006. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 15,2005 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />--------- ------ <br />
