Authorize connection of the Sandoval parcel located at 354 Virginia <br /> Way (APN 946-1710-008-00) to the City sanitary sewer system, <br /> provided all connection work is done to the satisfaction of the City <br /> Engineer and all costs are borne by the property owner, and the proposed <br /> extension of City services is approved by LAFCo. <br /> 2. Approve the preannexation agreement between Sandoval and the City of <br /> Pleasanton, and authorize the City Manager to execute the Preannexation <br /> Agreement. <br /> 3. File an application with LAFCo for the extension of City services to the <br /> Sandoval parcel. <br /> SUMMARY The Property Mr. Victor Sandoval of 354 Virginia Way is requesting a <br /> connection to the City sewer system to serve his existing residence located <br /> within the Remen Tract. The existing septic system and leach field is failing <br /> and is not serviceable. Alameda County, Department of Environmental <br /> Health restricts repairs or installation of septic systems when a sanitary <br /> sewer main is within 200 feet of the property. <br /> SR:05:321 <br /> Page 1 of3 <br /> - <br />
