CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2004-05 FISCAL YEAR END FINANCIAL REPORT WHEREAS, each year a condition is report of financial presented to Council which includes any staff recommendations for budget amendments, carryovers, establishment of reserves, technical corrections or actions needed; and WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report (SR05:300) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005; and WHEREAS, as a result of the year end financial review, staff made nnmerous recommendations as outlined in that report. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Amend the 2004-05 Operating Budget as shown in Appendix A. Section 2: Approve the Operating Budget carryovers detailed in Appendix C. Section 3: Fully appropriate all General Fund Reserves and make designations as shown on page 13. Section 4: Amend the 2004-05 Capital Improvement Program (CIP), as displayed in Appendix E. Section 5: Approve the Capital Improvement Program budget carryovers detailed in Appendix E. Section 6: Fully appropriate all June 20, 2005 Fund Balances as shown in Appendix B (Operating Budget Actuals) and Appendix E (CIP), and designate them as contingency reserves for existing and future, known and unknown obligations. Section 7: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. Section 8: This resolution shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times", a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Pleasanton.
