<br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 05-_ <br /> RESOLUTION SETTING COMPENSATION FOR MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, compensation for the City's management employees, except the City Manager and City <br /> Attorney, is set forth in the City's Management Compensation Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the current Management Compensation Plan expired on August 31, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to increase the salary <br /> control points for each management classification to allow for performance-based salary <br /> increases not to exceed a pool equal to 3.5% of management compensation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the 2005 Management Compensation Plan. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON <br /> , 2005 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Dawn G.
