To time the provision of infrastructure to meet service level standards within the Planning <br /> Area. <br /> 2. To ensure that development efficiently utilizes potable water supplies. <br /> 3. To effectively utilize sewage treatment plant and disposal capacity. <br /> 4. To protect water resources from degradation caused by pollutants and to minimize the <br /> effects of storm water runoff from the Planning Area. <br /> 5. To meet the needs of the Planning Area for solid waste management, electricity, gas, and <br /> telecommunications services. <br /> Conservation and Environmental Mitil!ation Obiectives <br /> 1. To achieve acceptable noise levels for each land use within the Planning Area while <br /> minimizing reliance on traditional soundwalls. <br /> 2. To achieve no net reduction in wetland and riparian resources as a result of development <br /> within the Planning Area and to significantly increase biological resources, where possible. <br /> 3. To protect the safety of future site users from potential fire hazards. <br /> 4. To protect people and property from flood hazards. <br /> 5. To protect the health, safety and welfare of future site users from geologic hazards. <br /> 6. To protect the health of area-wide residents by minimizing local and regional air pollutant <br /> emlSSlOns. <br /> 7. To protect and preserve cultural resources. <br /> 8.
