80. The grade of the driveway at the intersection with Kottinger Drive shall be flattened to 7 <br /> percent unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />81. The applicant shall be responsible for a pro-rata share as determined by the City <br /> Engineer of the undergrounding of the overhead utility lines across the Kottinger Drive <br /> frontage. <br /> <br />82. The applicant shall install all utilities (PG&E, Pac Bell, and Cable TV) underground to <br /> the site from the nearest utility approved riser pole. <br /> <br />83. There shall be a two-way cleanout on the sanitary sewer lateral located at the back of <br /> the PSE. <br /> <br />84. The storm drainage from each lot shall be directed to the street or an approved storm <br /> drain system in accordance with Sections 2907(b)(5) and 7012(d) of the 1988 Uniform <br /> unless otherwise approved by the Building Official and City Engineer. <br /> <br />85. The project developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion <br /> control prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount <br /> of this bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />86. The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by the <br /> City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />87. The project developer shall include erosion control measures on the final grading plan, <br /> subject to the approval of the City Engineer. The project developer is responsible fer <br /> ensuring that the contractor is aware of such measures. All cut and fill slopes shall be <br /> revegetated and stabilized as soon as possible after completion of grading, in no case <br /> later than October 15. No grading shall occur between October 15 and April 15 unless <br /> approved erosion control measures are in place, subject to the approval of the Building <br /> Department. Such measures shall be maintained until such time as permanent <br /> landscaping is in place. <br /> <br />88. The project developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the <br /> building permit plans. This plan shall ensure that dust generated by grading operations <br /> does not go off-site and impact neighboring properties. <br /> <br />89. The design of the water supply and sanitary sewer systems shall be subject to the review <br /> and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
