Additionally, the project developer shall pay any applicable DSRSD <br />sewer permit fee. <br /> <br />66. <br /> <br />The project developer shall submit two copies of the site soils report to the Director of <br />Building Inspection for third party peer review and shall pay for such review at the time <br />specified by the Director, but in all cases before the issuance of a grading permit. <br /> <br />67. <br /> <br />The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of the lots containing fill, to the <br />satisfaction of the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building <br />permits. <br /> <br />Fire <br /> <br />68. <br /> <br />The project developer shall post address numerals on the building and along driveways <br />as deemed necessary by the Fire Chief. Said numerals shall be plainly visible from all <br />adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />69. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter <br /> 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />70. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction until the final <br /> inspection. <br /> <br />71. If required by the Fire Marshall, a fire hydrant shall be installed on Kottinger Drive in <br /> front of the homes. <br /> <br />72. <br /> <br />The project developer shall ensure that rice protection facilities including, but not <br />limited to all surface roads, fire hydrants, and a water supply capable of furnishing the <br />required fire flow is installed and serviceable prior to and during the time of <br />construction framing. When alternative methods of protection are proposed, this <br />requirement may be waived or modified, subject to review and approval of the Fire <br />Chief. Installation of the alternative fire protection methods shall not start without the <br />approval of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />73. <br /> <br />If required by the Fire Marshal, an automatic fire sprinkler system shall be installed in <br />the homes. Plans and specifications for the automatic fire sprinkler system shall be <br />submitted to the Pleasanton Building Department for review and approval prior to <br />installation. The fire alarm system, including waterfiow and valve tamper, shall have <br />plans and specifications submitted to Fire Prevention for review and approval prior to <br />installation.
