CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1840 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF BOB <br />WALSH FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Bob Walsh has applied for PUD development plan approval to subdivide a 1.4-acre lot <br />into two lots measuring 21,518 square feet and 38,204 square feet in size, and to construct <br />one 3,288 square foot custom home with a 920 square foot garage on each lot located at <br />457 Kottinger Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR (Medium Density <br /> Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council <br /> on August 21, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 21, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the development plan and house designs are consistent with <br /> the General Plan and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-12, the application of Bob Walsh for PUD development plan <br />approval to subdivide a 1.4-acre lot into two lots measure 21,518 square feet and 38,204 <br />square feet in size, and to construct one 3,288 square foot custom home with a 920 square <br />foot garage on each lot located at 457 Kottinger Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br />(15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
