24. <br /> <br />The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots containing <br />fill to the satisfaction of the Director of Building Inspection prior to the <br />issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />25. <br /> <br />Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on <br />computer disk in a format approved by the Chief Building Official. <br />Digitized information shall be submitted before requesting a final <br />inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information as <br />approved by the Chief Building Official. <br /> <br />Fire Department Requirements <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so as to be <br />plainly visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight <br />and night time hours. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />The development shall meet all the requirements of the Pleasanton Fire <br />Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />27. <br /> <br />The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of lumber <br />construction to the final inspection. <br /> <br />28. <br /> <br />Approval for the number, type and location of all public and private fire <br />hydrants shall be subject to the approval of the Fire Chief and the City. <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />29. <br /> <br />No parking shall be permitted on the hammerhead. This hammerhead shall <br />be designated as a fire lane by the Fire Chief and shall be maintained in <br />accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of the Uniform Fire Code which includes <br />tow of vehicles illegally parked on the fire lanes. "No Parking Fire Lane" <br />signs installed as required by the vehicle code. <br /> <br />30. <br /> <br />All curbs within a 7 1/2 foot radius of a public hydrant shall be painted red, <br />unless modified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code or Fire Chief. Blue <br />street "hydrant markers" shall be installed for all fire hydrants per City of <br />Pleasanton Standard SpecifiCations. <br /> <br />Engineering Department Requirements <br /> <br />31. <br /> <br />The rough grading for this project shall be allowed in conjunction with the <br />adjoining Delco project. <br /> <br />32. <br /> <br />The developer shall install street frontage improvements along the project's <br />Vineyard Avenue per Chapter 19.40.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br /> <br />Page 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
