Inc., dated J~iy 15, 1998 and~ August 6, <br />1999, and peer review reports by Alan Kropp 3: Associates, I~c., dated July <br />22, 1999 and September 7, 1999. The applicz:.t's geotechnical consultant <br />shall review and approve all foundation, retair2ng wall, and d~ainage <br />geotechnical aspects of the final developmem ?ians to ensure that the <br />recommendations have been properly incorpc:ated into the development. <br />The consultant shall certify by writing on the _-ians or as otherwise <br />acceptable to the Director of Building Inspect:~n that the final development <br />plan is in conformance with the geotechnical report approved ~vith the <br />project.
