CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA ORDINANCE NO. 1839 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF TOM AND TRACEY MILLER AND GREG AND KATHY THOMPSON FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-08 WHEREAS, Tom and Tracey Miller and Greg and Kathy Thompson have applied for PUD development plan approval to subdivide a 1.9-acre parcel into two new single- family custom home lots located at 2562 Vineyard Avenue within the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan area; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) District; and WHEREAS, the property is covered by the Environmental Impact Report prepared for the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held on August 7, 2001; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the development plan addresses all of the requirements of the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan and is consistent with the City's General Plan. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves Case PUD-08, the application of Tom and Tracey Miller and Greg and Kathy Thompson for PUD development plan approval to subdivide a 1.9-acre parcel into two new single-family custom home lots located at 2562 Vineyard Avenue within the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan area, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.. Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
