84. <br /> <br />(PSE) shall be located eight feet (8' 0") behind the sidewalk to allow <br />the installation of public utilities behind the sidewalk. In areas <br />where there is no sidewalk, the eight foot (8' 0") easement shall be <br />measured from the back of curb. Unless otherwise approved by the <br />City Engineer the first five feet (5' 0") of the easement shall be <br />graded at a two-percent (2%) grade towards the street. This change <br />shall be shown on the tentative subdivision map submitted for <br />review and approval by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />The water and gravity sanitary sewer mains shall be public and <br />maintained by the City. There shall be individual sanitary sewer and <br />water laterals to each dwelling unit. The bottom of the pipe shall terminate in a storm drain or <br />other storm drain outfall, subject the approval of the City Engineer. <br />The project developer's engineer shall submit a final subdraln <br />location map to the City Engineer prior to the City's acceptance of <br />the Public Improvements.
