Ensure that concrete/gunite supply trucks or concrete/plaster <br />operations do not discharge wash water into street, gutters, or <br />storm drains. <br /> <br />Development Plan Lapsing <br /> <br />123. <br /> <br />This development plan shall be of no further validity and the project <br />developer shall be required to submit the same or new developmem plan for <br />City approval prior to development of the site in the event that the project <br />developer fails to record a final map within two (2) years of this PUD <br />Development Plan approval. Portions of the development plan not covered <br />by a final map within two (2) years will have the developmem plan lapse as <br />to that portion of the project. <br /> <br />Use of Joint Well <br /> <br />124. <br /> <br />The Chrismans' use of the joint Brozosky-Chrisman well shall not <br />generally interfere with the Brozoskys' ability to use the well water for <br />domestic purposes; the parameters for establishing when the Chrisman use <br />shall be curtailed shall be established by the Planning Commission at its <br />review of the tentative map. <br /> <br />125.
