Conditional Uses: Home ooc~qUitions, as specified in Chapter 18.32 (R-1 <br />One-Family Residential Dis~ict)'ofthe Pleasanton Municipal Code within the <br />existing developed portion of LOt 3, and grazing of more than four horses for <br />private, noncommercial use. <br /> <br />Tree farming/logging and planting of vineya~ls and orchards outside of the <br />building envelope shall be prohibited on the property. <br /> <br />Prior to recordation of the parcel map, the applicants shall submit a building <br />e~velope plan for Lot 3. Said plan shall generally be limited to the flat graded <br />pad areas around lhe existing house, garage, barns, and second units, and shall be <br />subject to final review and approval by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />Except for accessory structures located within a City.approved building envelope <br />for Lot 3, no further development shall be permitted within the approximately <br />55.8 acres of the property zoned as PUD-A (Planned Unit Development- <br />Agticultore). <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of a building permit, a parcel map shall be approved by the City <br />and recorded. <br /> <br />~ development shall be considered as a "first-come, first-served" project for <br />growth management purposes. <br /> <br />Thedeveiopment plan and d~sign approval for Lot 1 shall be of no further validity <br />and the develol~er shall be relquimd to submit the same or new development plan <br />for City approval prior to development of the site in the developer fails to record a <br />final parcel map within 2 years of PUD approval. <br /> <br />The design of the new home on Lot 2 and all future additions on Lots 1 through 3 <br />shall be subject to the City's Design Review procedure with final approval of the <br />house on Lot 2 by the Planning Commission and additions on Lots 1 through 3 by <br />the Planning Director. If the Planning Director has concerns with the design or <br />potantial visibility of the additions, the Planning Director shall refer the design <br />review application to the Planning Commission for review and approval. <br /> <br />Prio~ to parcel map approval, the design guidelines shall be modified as follows: <br /> <br />Lmx~m~in~ <br /> <br />a.
