Ordinance No. 1830 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-03, the application of Clay and Schelly Frades for PUD <br />development plan approval to subdivide an existing 77.5-acre parcel located at <br />4120 Foothill Road into three parcels measuring approximately 61.16 acres, 11.22 <br />acres, and 5.09 acres, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The 61.1 &acre parcel would <br />contain an existing single-family dwelling, two existing secondary units, and two <br />existing garages/storage barns. On the 11.22-acre parcel, a future home would be <br />developed with a maximum size of 6,500 square feet. On the 5.09-acre parcel, a <br />new 4,680 square foot, two-story home is proposed. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br />(15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on May 8, <br />2001. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on June 5, 2001 by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell and Dennis <br />Mayor Pico <br />Councilmember Michelotti <br />None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />.t"L peggy L.
