CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1829 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PLEASANTON <br />MUNICIPAL CODE ADDING A REVISED CHAPTER 6.52 <br />(CABLE SYSTEM REGULATORY ORDINANCE) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br />Section 2: <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />That existing Ordinance No. 1224, as amended by Ordinance No. 1620 (Chapter <br />6.52 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code), is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> <br />That the Ordinance attached hereto is hereby enacted to supersede Ordinance No. <br />1224, as amended by Ordinance No. 1620. <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Th-Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation <br />published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for <br />fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br />adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from the date of <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of City of Pleasanton on April 17, <br />2001. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of City of Pleasanton on May 8, 2001 by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
