77. <br /> <br />The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots containing fill to the satis- <br />faction of the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />78. <br /> <br />Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br />in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before re- <br />questing a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information <br />as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />79. <br /> <br />All initial site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the <br />hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Grading and construction ac- <br />tivities associated with the extension of Vineyard Avenue shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet <br />Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with muf- <br />fling devices. <br /> <br />80. <br /> <br />At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed fi.om the <br />site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />81. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />82. <br /> <br />If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site exca- <br />vation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The county <br />coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notified and proce- <br />dures followed as required in Appendix "K" of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA). A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br /> <br />83. <br /> <br />Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible fi.om existing <br />residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />Police Department Requirements: <br /> <br />84. <br /> <br />The area of the development shall be tested for strength and clarity of signal to and fi.om <br />the area for City emergency services communications including, but not limited to, City <br />eight-hundred megahertz (800 mgh) trunked radio, Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Services <br />radio, Alameda County eight-hundred megahertz (800 mgh) tnmked radio, CLEMAR/ <br />Police Dispatch, and the current police mobile data system, unless waived by the Police <br />Department, City of Pleasanton. Expert opinions may be required in anticipation of <br />communications difficulties inside or around large structures. Mitigation plans of less <br />than acceptable communications shall be submitted to the satisfaction of the Police De- <br /> <br />PUD-O0-O1 (City Council approval) Page 19 of 28 March 7, 2000 <br /> <br /> <br />
