CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1825 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />SOUTH FRONT INVESTORS, LLC FOR PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT AN <br />OFFICE BUILDING LOCATED AT 6088 SUNOL <br />BOULEVARD, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-04 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />South Front Investors, LLC has applied for Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />development plan approval to construct an approximately 17,545 square foot, <br />two-story office building and related site improvements located at 6088 Sunol <br />Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD-O (Planned Unit Development - Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />an Environmental Impact Report was prepared and certified for the North <br />Sycamore Specific Plan, therefore, no environmental document was prepared for <br />this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 24, 2001, the Planning Commission recommended <br /> approval of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 20, 2001 before the City <br /> Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the PUD development plan meets all applicable <br />requirements of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the North Sycamore Specific <br />Plan, and the General Plan. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-04, the application of South Front Investors, LLC for Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) development plan approval to construct an approximately 17,545 <br />square foot, two-story office building and related site improvements located at 6088 <br />Sunol Boulevard, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
