EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br /> PUD-07 <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />ALVISO ADOBE COMMUNITY PARK <br /> <br />Allowable uses shall be those permitted and conditionally permitted uses <br />of the Public and Institutional District. In addition, the following shall be <br />allowable uses: <br /> <br />(a) Parks. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Playgrounds associated with the Alviso Adobe Community Park. <br /> <br />Public buildings and grounds associated with the Alviso Adobe <br />Community Park, including but not limited to the Alviso Adobe, <br />and the reconstructed milking barn and bunkhouse. <br /> <br />Off-street parking facilities. <br /> <br />Visitor's center. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />Gift shop with retail sale of items associated solely with the <br />history of the park and surrounding areas. <br /> <br />Interpretive Center for the display of artifacts, photographs, and <br />other historical interpretive data that relates to the three <br />established historical eras represented in the park. <br /> <br />Educational and historical events and programs that do not exceed <br />available parking, except when an alternative parking plan has <br />been approved by the Director of Parks and Community Services. <br /> <br />Outdoor interpretive activities that relate to the historical character <br />of the park, as determined by the Director of Parks and <br />Community Services. <br /> <br /> <br />
