CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1824 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-07 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has applied for PUD Development Plan approval for a <br />historic community park located on approximately 6.07 acres of undeveloped <br />parkland at 3465 Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development - Low Density <br /> Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 27, 2000, the Planning Commission recommended <br /> approval of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by <br /> Council on January 23, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 23, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the PUD development plan is consistent with the goals <br /> and objectives of the City of Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-07, the application of the City of Pleasanton for PUD <br />Development Plan approval for a historic community park located on <br />approximately 6.07 acres of undeveloped parkland at 3465 Foothill Road, subject <br />to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br />(15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
