The regular <br />commissioners and alternate commissioner T~: r.~.'.~:~:: shall be appointed by the <br />Mayor, subiect to ratification by the City Council as provided in the adopted City <br />Council resolution establishing procedures for appointments to boards and commissions. <br /> <br />C_..: Two (2) liaison commissioners members shall be appointed from other City <br />commissions or boards as follows: <br /> <br />1. One commissioner m~mg, e~ from the Parks and Recreation Commission: and <br /> <br />2. One commissioner ...... ~' '- from the Housing Commission. <br /> <br />D. Commissioners shall be eli~,ible to oa~icinate in all activities of the Commission <br />except that the alternate commissioner shall vote only in the event of an absence or <br />conflict of interest of one of the re~,ular commissioners. <br /> <br />E. The alternate commissioner max' ser~'e as a yoting member on, a ~x' subcommittee <br />of the Commission and max' be designated as the Commission's representative to other <br />boards and commissions. <br /> <br />F.
