2.39.070 Organization: <br />A. Commissioners shall meet in regular session and el~:t a chairperson .q,~d vice <br />chaimerson. Apnoint commissioners as needed to serve on subcomm.ittees, ad hoc <br />committees, and as representatives on other boards an~..~ommissions: and <br />3. Call special meetings. <br /> <br />C. The vi~e. chairperson shall preside in the absence of the chairperson. <br /> <br />D. The City Manaoer shall apnoim a City employee to serve as, staff liaison xvho <br />shall also serve as. Secretary to the Commission. The staff liaison/Secretary to the <br />Commission shall keep true and accurate accounts of all action of the Commission. <br /> <br />2.39.080 Meetings: <br />A. The Commission shall attempt to meet on a monthly basis at a nredetemfined time <br />~nd place, but shall meet at 'least four (4) times each calendar Year. (Ord. 1676 §2. 19961 <br /> <br />B.
