2..38.070 Organization <br />A. Commissioners shall meet in regular session and elect a chairoerson and vice <br />chaimerson. The election shall be by a maioritv vote of the Commission, tO be held in <br />December of each year. Appoint commissioners as needed to serve on subcommittees, 'ad hoc <br />committees, and as representatives on other boards and commissions: and <br /> <br />3. Call special meetings. <br /> <br />C. The vice chairperson shall Preside in the absence of the chairperson. <br /> <br />D. ThC Citx: Manager shall appoint a City empl0vee to serve as staff liaison who <br />shall also serve as Secretary to the Commission. The staffliaison/Secretan' to the <br />Commission shall keep true and accurate accounts ofatl action of the Coinmission. <br /> <br />2.38.080 Meetings: <br />A. Regular meetings shall be held on the third Thursday of each month at a time and <br />place set by the Commission. The Commission may approve an alternate meeting date. <br /> <br />B. Special meetings may be called bv thc, chairperson or bv a maioritv of the <br />commissioners: the City Manager: the staffliaison and/or the City Council provided <br /> <br /> <br />
