Section 17.44.120. Appeals. <br /> <br />Any person aggrieved by any action or determination of the City Manager under this ordinance, <br />may appeal such action or determination to the City Council in the manner provided in <br />Chapter 18.144 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code." <br /> <br />Section 2: SEVERABILITY. <br /> <br />The provisions of this Ordinance are severable and if any provision, clause, <br />sentence, word or part thereof is held illegal, invalid, unconstitutional, or <br />inapplicable to any person or circumstances, such illegality, invalidity, <br />unconstitutionality, or inapplicability shall not affect or impair any of the <br />remaining provisions, clauses, sentences, sections, words or parts thereof of the <br />ordinance or their applicability to other persons or circumstances. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its <br />adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br />City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the <br />City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of City of Pleasanton on October 17, <br />2000. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of City of Pleasanton on November 7, 2000 <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michael H.
