Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />46. <br /> <br />Portable toilets used during construction shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary <br />to prevent odor. <br /> <br />Fire Department Requirements: <br /> <br />47. <br /> <br />The project developer shall meet all rcquirctncnts of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Pleasan- <br />ton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br /> <br />48. <br /> <br />The project developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of lumber con- <br />stmction until the final inspection. <br /> <br />49. <br /> <br />Any project developer, business owner, or tenant storing and/or using hazardous materi- <br />als within a building covered by this approval, shall post National Fire Protection (NFP) <br />704 identification on the building and/or tenancy according to the City's "Hazardous <br />Materials Identification Sign" procedures. <br /> <br />50. <br /> <br />Prior to any construction framing, the project developer shall provide adequate fire pro- <br />tection facilities, including a water supply and water flow in conform mace to the City's <br />Fire Department Standards able to suppress a major firc. <br /> <br />51. <br /> <br />The Fire Chief and the Director of Building Inspection shall approve the number, type, <br />and location of all private lirc hydrants. <br /> <br />52. <br /> <br />All curbs locatcd with seven foot, six inch (7' 6") radius of a public/private fire hydrant <br />shall be painted red, nnless, modified by the Fire Chic[ Blue street "hydrant markers" <br />shall be installed for all fire hydrants per City of Pleasanton Standard Specifications. <br /> <br />53. <br /> <br />54. <br /> <br />All private driveway aisles designated as fire lanes by the Fire Chief shall be maintained <br />in accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of the Uniform Fire Code which peru~its towing vc- <br />hicles illegally parked on the fire lanes. Fire lane curbs shall be indicated by "No Park- <br />ing, Fire I.ane, Tow Away Zone" signs installed as required by the Vehicle Code. <br /> <br />All portions of the building covered by this approval shall have installed and operating, <br />fire extinguishers with a minimum 2-A:I0-B:C rating. The fire extinguishers shall be lo- <br />cated within a seventy-five foot (75' 0") radius of each other. <br /> <br />Engineering Requirements: <br /> <br />55. <br /> <br />All utilities required to serve any existing or proposed development on-site shall bc in- <br />stalled underground. <br /> <br /> <br />
