65. <br /> <br />Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject propcrty <br />shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to the project <br />veloper. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if deemed war- <br />ranted by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />66. <br /> <br />The project developer's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment pennit from the City <br />Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />Urban Stormwater Runoff Requirements: <br /> <br />67. <br /> <br />The project developer shall install a structural control, such as an oil/water separator, <br />sand filter, or approved equal in the parking lot to intercept and pretreat storm water prior <br />to reaching the storm drain, unless otherwise required by the City Engineer. The design, <br />locations, and a schedule for maintaining the separator shall be submitted to the City En- <br />gineer/Director of Building Inspection for review and approval prior to issuance of <br />building permits. The structural control shall be cleaned at least twicc a ycar: once im- <br />mediately prior to October 15 and once in January. The project developer shall enter into <br />a maintenance agreement for the oil/water separator. <br /> <br />68. <br /> <br />The project dcvclopcr shall sweep or vacuum the parking lot and sidewalks a minimum <br />of once a month and shall prevent the accumulation of litter and debris on the site. Cor- <br />ners and hard to reach areas shall be swept manually. If sidewalks and/or the parking lot <br />are pressure washed, debris must be trapped and collected to prevent entxy into the storm <br />drain system. No cleaning agent may be dischargcd into the storm drain. If any cleaning <br />agent or degreaser is used, wash water must be collected and discharged to tile sanitary <br />sewer, subject to approval of the Dublin-San Ramon Services District (DSRSD). <br /> <br />69. <br /> <br />Any future restaurant shall include a contained area for cleaning mats, containers, and <br />equipment. The wash area shall be covered or shall be designed to prevent runoff onto or <br />from the area. The area shall be connected to the sanitary sewer, subject to approval by <br />DSRSD, or shall bc collcctcd in a containment area and removed regularly by a disposal <br />and recycling service. If connected to thc sm~itary sewer, a stnlctur,'d control such as a <br />saud filter or oil/water separator shall be used, and a sign shall be posted prohibiting the <br />dumping of hazardous materials. Other methods may be used subject to the approval of <br />the Director of Building Inspection. The project developer shall instruct employees to <br />conduct all washing activities in this area. <br /> <br />70. <br /> <br />The project developer shall label all on-sitc storm drain inlets with the wording, "No <br />Dumping -- Drains to Bay" using City-approvcd methods and materials. On-site storm <br />drain facilities shall be cleaned a minimum of twice a year as follows: immediatcly prior <br />to October 15 and once in January. Additional cleaning may be required if fbund neces- <br />sary by the City Engineer/Director of Building Inspection. <br /> <br /> <br />
