CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1816 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />MITCHELL PEREIRA FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO <br />AN APPROVED PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-81-28--4M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mitchell Percira has applied for a major modification ofao existing PUD <br />development plan to allow the construction of an approximately 7,638-square foot, <br />two-story office/commercial building, located on a portion of the existing <br />parking/landscaping area of the Pleasanton Station development on the north side <br />of West Angela SWeet, approximately 200 feet east of Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) - C-O (Commercial - <br /> Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by <br /> Council on September 5, 2000; and <br /> <br />WIIEREAS, at its meeting of August 23, 2000, the Planning Commission recommended <br /> approval of the modifications to the PUD development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held on September 5, 2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Cornrail finds that the modifications are consistent with the Pleasanton <br /> General Plan and with the Pleasanton Downtown Specific Plan. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-28-4M, the application of Mitchell Pereira for a major <br />modification of an existing PUD Development Plan tn allow the construction of an <br />approximately 7,638-sq. tic., two-story office/counncrciai building, located on a <br />portion of the existing parking/landscaping area of the Pleasanton Station <br />development on the north side of West Angela Street, approximately 200 feet east <br />of Main Street, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," attached hereto and <br />by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
